Bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as you will be asked to confirm that you agree with them, before securing your reservation.

as soon as booking is made: 20% on total sales
84 days before arrival: 33% on total sales
28 days before arrival: 50% on total sales
14 days before arrival: 100% on total sales
(NO SHOW) : 100% on total sales
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME:
Our accommodation should be ready for you to check in at the time indicated below. On your departure date, you are required to vacate your room no later than the time indicated below. The non compliance with this requirement may incur an additional charge.

Check out time: 4PM
PAYMENT AND RESERVATION VALIDATION:
Please find that a 50% advance payment is required from you to validate and guarantee your reservation.Final payment will be charged to your account upon arrival, unless stated above.
Payments on this site can only be made by using MASTERCARD or VISA.
Your account will be charged in USD.
The cost of any extras (bar, telephone,food,etc.) will be payable during your stay.
To validate your booking, your bank card will be charged 50% of the cost of the accommodation (including tax) plus the booking fee if any.
